Lehigh County’s economic strength depends on jobs that pay a living wage. It also requires us to have a strong safety net that provides for:

            • affordable housing strategies and development
            • seniors at Cedarbrook, human services for children and youth,
            • mental health care, rehabilitation and intellectual disabilities
            • a critical Suicide Prevention Hotline
            • supporting efforts to hold drug manufacturers accountable for the opioid epidemic and driving resources from those lawsuits for care in our community for families

Since taking office in 2012, Lehigh County’s commitment to these critical needs has increased to historic levels, further cementing Lehigh County’s reputation of leadership.
